Reservation / Cancellation policy
Reservations payment requirements
- A one night deposit is required when making a reservation
- Balance due upon arrival
- Two night minimum required on weekdays & weekends
- Three night minimum on holidays/special events
Cancellation
- 21 days prior to arrival – amount less $50 handling charge will be refunded
- Less than 21 days prior to arrival – deposit will be forfeited
Confirmation
- All reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of deposit
